At Alice Techno, we are committed to fast, reliable, and transparent delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 

    2 to 8 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or German public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email with updated delivery information.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Germany & UK): 8–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping): 9–15 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier delays, weather, or peak seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is FREE on all orders.

  • If express or premium shipping becomes available in the future, additional costs will be shown clearly at checkout.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the courier picks up your package.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and photos of the packaging/items.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship to Germany and the United Kingdom only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated.

8. Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
